The Sales function is evolving. Newer methodologies are being adopted by various companies to maximize the time salespeople spend on actual sales activities. While some of these sales models are very useful there are a lot of practical considerations which limit the level of penetration of these models, especially in India.

Fount Mart was started with a single minded focus to bridge the gap between existing and new age sales processes. Specifically, Fount Mart works in the domain of Pre Sales, a process which is a huge pain point for organizations in India. Over time, Fount Mart’s role has become more of sales support, focusing on improving the various metrics across the sales pipeline.

We, at Fount Mart, work across the length and breadth of Sales, Marketing and Strategy functions. We look for improvement areas in the existing processes of our clients and develop solutions which can be implemented on the ground.
